What we collect
- If you join the waitlist: your email address, the offer you chose, the date, and your consent to be emailed.
- For every visitor: anonymous counts of page views and offer clicks, with the tag of the link you came from, your browser language, the currency shown and your country (worked out by the network, never your precise location).
We use no cookies and store nothing on your device. We do not store IP addresses and we use no advertising trackers.
Why, and on what basis
- To email you once when Just Right Piano opens and give you your free first piece. Basis: your consent (GDPR article 6(1)(a)), which you can withdraw at any time.
- To decide whether to build Just Right Piano, from anonymous counts. Basis: legitimate interest (GDPR article 6(1)(f)).
How long we keep it
Waitlist addresses are deleted 12 months after sign-up at the latest, straight away if Just Right Piano does not open, or whenever you ask.
Who can see it
Only the publisher. The data is stored by Cloudflare, which acts as our processor and may handle it in the United States under the EU–US Data Privacy Framework. We never sell or share your address.
Your rights
You can see, correct or delete your data, or withdraw your consent, by writing to justrightpiano@gmail.com. We reply within one month. You can also complain to the CNIL, the French data protection authority (cnil.fr).
